Support Questions
How do I configure my computer for dial-up?
Dial-up setup varies depending on your operating system. Click here for detailed walk-throughs of the latest OS’s.
How do I setup email?
Setting up your email depends on which software you are using to check email. Tranquility offers support for a variety email clients. For detailed walk-throughs of the latest email clients click here.
My computer frequently hangs-up. What do I do?
Double-check that your settings match the ones depicted in the walk-throughs of our support section, here. If your setting are correct and you are still having trouble contact us.
Can I connect to your network using a Macintosh?
Tranquility prides itself on its support and ease of use. Our network offers no restrictions based on the operating system you are using. Feel free to use Windows, Macintosh, or even Linux. Our support however is limited to the latest versions of Windows and Macintosh.
How do I change my password?
Currently the only way to change your password is by contacting our support staff. We hope to eventually be able to offer this service online, but want to make sure that we do so in way that is secure and easy for our customers.

Business Questions
How do I pay my bill?
Tranquility accepts payment in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card. We can also make automatic payments with an ACH transaction or a credit card.
Does Tranquility accept online payments?
At this time Tranquility does not currently accept online payments. We are working on a way to do so, but want to make sure that it is secure and easy for our customers to use.
What credit cards do you accept?
Tranquility accepts Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.
When are invoices sent out?
Invoices are sent on the 15th of each month. Our service period is from the 1st to the 31st of each month. Invoices are sent in advance of the service period that the bill is for.
Is there a discount for paying in advance?
There is a discount on some of our services. Check the features section of your service in our services section or contact us.
Why does my invoice have a late fee?
Your account was not paid in full before billing was processed on the 15th. If you have questions about why this happened on your account, then please contact us.
I got a pink invoice in the mail. What do I do?
Your account was not paid in full before billing was processed on the 15th. Please pay your bill in full and on time to avoid an interruption of service.

What services does Tranquility offer?
Tranquility offers services from dial-up to ADSL to T1 access. We also offer a variety of hosting and website services. For more information please visit our services section.
Do you offer service in my area?
Tranquility offers service across most of the country and parts of Canada. Some of our services are limited to our home area of central Missouri. To see if we offer service in your area, click here to fill out the service contact form.
Does Tranquility limit my connection in anyway?
There are no limitations on any of our connections. Some of our connections have access limits on them in exchange for lower rates but Tranquility does not suspend or downgrade your connection when you reach those limits. Instead users of our limited access accounts will be billed according to the terms of service for their connection.
Do you block websites from customer access?
Tranquility believes that the Internet was intended to pass information in a way that was easy to access for all. To limit this would be a limit of this belief. We offer an unrestricted connection to the Internet and all that may be found there, both good and bad. If a customer would like to setup software to protect themselves and minors from certain types of websites, they are encouraged to do so at their own cost. If you have questions or would like assistance with these types of programs, Tranquility would be happy to assist you, but there may be fees associated with this. We do not provide free support or recommend any specific program for this purpose. For more information contact us.
